Site & AI visibility snapshot

5 working days · no call required

Your site crawled the way an assistant reads it, your Search Console export mapped for pages competing with each other, and the fixes ranked by what moves first. Delivered as a written document with the data attached, so it stands on its own if you never speak to me again.

  • Citable-surface read: which pages carry a liftable answer and which have nothing to quote
  • Cannibalization map from your own Search Console export — you download a CSV, you grant nothing
  • Entity and schema check on the templates that produce the most URLs
  • A ranked fix list with the reasoning attached, in the order it should be done
  • The working data files, yours to hand to anyone

What it is not: live AI-fetch measurement needs a logger on your server, which is the $900 tracker install, not this. If your site is under about 20 pages, say so — the free diagnostic will answer the same question.

$490
Flat. Not "from" — this is the whole number.

The Money Trail
Within 30 days every job says where it came from — guaranteed.
$2,500/mo USD
First month splits in two · then month to month, no lock-in, ever

The attribution layer goes in first, then the visibility work it can measure. Payment splits so you are not paying for a result you have not seen yet: $1,250 to start, $1,250 two weeks later, by which point the tracking is live and data is already coming back.

  • Closed-loop attribution live: first-touch source → lead → job → invoice amount
  • 30-day guarantee: no source on every new job by day 30 and the first month is free
  • GEO / AEO architecture on the pages that matter, iterated every month
  • Technical SEO and URL architecture fixes as they surface
  • Citation Tracker installed — live AI fetches logged per URL
  • Monthly report pulled from the APIs, not from a dashboard screenshot

The Money Trail · Full System
Every channel in the business measured the same way — same 30-day guarantee.
$4,500/mo USD
First month splits in two · then month to month, no lock-in, ever

Everything above, plus the paid channel and the phone brought onto the same numbers — which is where the uncomfortable findings usually are. Same payment split as the tier above: $2,250 to start, $2,250 two weeks in, once the tracking is live and returning data.

  • Everything in The Money Trail
  • Same 30-day guarantee: no source on every new job by day 30 and the first month is free
  • Paid lead audit: spend measured against jobs, not against lead counts
  • Call recordings transcribed and classified, matched to CRM jobs
  • Live dashboard — organic, AI assistants, paid and calls in one view
  • Content production at volume (location, service and answer pages)
  • Direct line, async, with weekly written updates

Both tiers are the same system at different output rates. If your business is smaller than this ladder, the honest answer is usually a one-off project or the free diagnostic rather than a retainer — I will say so rather than sell you a thin version of a monthly engagement.

How it runs

Five steps, and the first one is free.

01

Written diagnostic — no call needed

You send the site, I send back the 3–5 findings doing the most damage, in writing, within 48 hours. Free, async, and it ends there if you want it to.

02

Scope and a number, in one document

What gets built, in what order, what each step should move, and what it costs. If the honest answer is that attribution has to come before the thing you asked for, the document says so.

03

Measurement first, then the channel

The tracking goes in and starts collecting from day one. Only after that does content or visibility work begin, so there is a denominator to argue with later.

04

Weekly written updates, monthly numbers from the API

No status calls unless you want them. The monthly read is pulled programmatically from Search Console, the CRM and the ad platforms, and it includes what did not work.

05

You own it

The tracking, the scripts, the dashboard and the documentation are yours, on your infrastructure. Nothing here is a subscription you cannot leave.

Fit

Worth checking before you book.

✓ This works

  • You sell something with a real transaction value, recorded somewhere readable through an API
  • Multiple locations, service areas or metros — or expanding into new ones
  • Already paying for SEO, content or AI visibility and cannot point at what it produced
  • Buying leads and unsure how many were ever real
  • Willing to look at a number that contradicts what you were told last year

✗ This does not

  • Want guaranteed rankings or a guaranteed number of citations
  • Not able to grant read access to Search Console, analytics or the CRM
  • Want content volume without any measurement attached to it
  • Want the AI-visibility screenshot, not the revenue question underneath it

Industry is not on either list. The system was built and stress-tested in home services across eight US metros — hand-created jobs, half of them with no source recorded, money moving over the phone. That is close to the worst case for measurement, which makes it the proof rather than the boundary.

Book a call

30 minutes on a video call. You leave with the gaps mapped.

We look at your site and your numbers live: what search and AI assistants can currently see, what your CRM can and cannot tell you about where jobs came from, and which of those two is the actual bottleneck. No deck, no pitch sequence. If the answer is that you do not need me yet, that is what you will hear.

  • Bring read access to Search Console if you have it — not required
  • Prices are already on this page, so the call is not about qualifying your budget
  • Prefer writing? The free diagnostic needs no call at all

FAQ

Questions about money and terms.

Yes — the $490 snapshot is built for exactly that. You click the order button, your mail app opens with the four things I need already in the body, and I reply with an invoice and a start date. No call, no scoping document, no qualification. It is $490 flat rather than "from $490", because an open-ended number is just a call gate written differently. The retainers and the larger builds do still start with a conversation, and that is not a sales filter: they involve access to your CRM and ad accounts, and neither of us should agree to that over email.

No. It is a single purchase with a document at the end, and the working data files are yours to keep or hand to another contractor. Most people who go further do so because the snapshot found something specific worth fixing, and there is nothing to cancel if they do not. If it finds that your site is fine and the problem is somewhere else — the phone, the CRM, the paid channel — the honest version of that is what the document says, and the engagement ends there.

One measurable thing: 30 days after you hand me the access, every new job created in your CRM should carry the source that produced it — first-touch channel, landing page, and the join to the invoice amount. If that is not true on day 30, the first month costs you nothing. The clock starts the day the access actually arrives rather than the day we agree to work together, because the one part I cannot control is how fast your side grants it. What the guarantee does not cover is rankings, citation counts or revenue — nobody can promise those honestly, and a guarantee written against a number I can influence but not control is just a discount with extra steps.

$1,250 to start and $1,250 two weeks later, because two weeks in the tracking is live and data is already coming back — so the second half is paid against something you can see rather than something you were promised. After the first month it is a flat $2,500 monthly. A flat fee always, with no revenue share and no per-lead commission: I build the numbers this business gets judged by, and nobody should be paid by their own scoreboard.

Because the alternative wastes both our time. A discovery call whose real purpose is to find out whether you can afford the work is a filter dressed up as a conversation. The numbers are here so you can self-select, and the call can be about your actual situation.

Ad spend, paid tools and paid lead budgets are yours and billed by their vendors. Link building at scale, PR and design work are out of scope — I will tell you when one of them is genuinely the bottleneck instead of quietly billing for it.

That is the normal path. Most engagements start as the attribution build, because until it exists nothing else can be honestly measured. If it turns out the channel is not worth growing, the project ends there and that is a legitimate outcome.

No minimum term. Month to month, cancel with a month of notice. The reason is structural rather than generous: the work compounds and the numbers show it, so lock-in should not be necessary.

Yes, for the attribution and measurement layers specifically, white-labelled. That is usually the piece an agency cannot staff, and it is the piece that makes the rest of their work defensible.
